How to Use

- Shake well before each use.

- Beginner: Start with ½ serving (1 tbsp) in 12–16 oz. water 20–30 minutes before training.

- Advanced: Take 1 serving (2 tbsp) in 24–32 oz. water before training.

- Do not exceed 1 serving (2 tbsp) in 24 hours. Stay hydrated throughout the day.
